Trauma-informed Coaching

Move from surviving to thriving
If you’ve experienced trauma, abuse, or adverse childhood experiences, you know that the past doesn’t just stay in the past. It lives in your body, your reactions, your relationships, and the voice in your head that tells you you’re not enough. You might find yourself stuck in patterns you can’t explain, held back by fears that feel disproportionate, or struggling with a sense that something is fundamentally wrong with you.
You’re not broken. You’re a person who adapted brilliantly to survive difficult circumstances, and now those adaptations might be getting in the way of the life you want to create. Trauma-informed coaching offers a path forward that honors your full humanity, respects your nervous system, and meets you exactly where you are—without forcing you to relive the past or pathologizing your experiences.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing your relationship with boundaries, transforming your relationships, or simply wanting to feel more alive and present in your life, trauma-informed coaching helps you move forward with compassion, clarity, and sustainable change. This work is grounded in the Integrative Trauma Recovery Model™, which combines evidence-based trauma healing approaches with empowering, forward-focused coaching.
Is this you?
You feel stuck despite trying everything
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even tried therapy before. You understand your patterns intellectually, but nothing seems to shift. You still react in ways you don’t want to, feel overwhelmed by emotions you can’t control, or find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics despite your best intentions.
Traditional coaching hasn’t worked
You’ve tried “just set goals” or “think positive” approaches, and they’ve left you feeling worse—like you’re failing at something that seems so easy for everyone else. When coaches tell you to “just do it” without acknowledging what’s actually in the way, it feels dismissive and invalidating.
You know your past affects your present
You can see how your childhood, past relationships, or traumatic experiences still influence how you feel, react, and relate to others. You might feel anxious, shut down, or overwhelmed without fully understanding why. Your body responds before your mind can catch up.
You want to grow without being retraumatized
You’re ready for change, but you need an approach that feels safe, paced, and respectful of your nervous system. You don’t want to be pushed beyond what you can handle or forced to relive painful memories without adequate support.
You’re navigating multiple challenges
Perhaps you’re dealing with boundary struggles, relationship patterns you want to change, chronic anxiety or depression, difficulty trusting yourself or others, perfectionism that never feels good enough, or a deep sense that you don’t belong. These challenges feel interconnected, and you need an approach that addresses the roots, not just the symptoms.
You want more than just coping—you want transformation
You’re not just looking to manage symptoms or get through the day. You want to actually thrive, feel genuinely connected to yourself and others, pursue meaningful goals with confidence, and create a life that feels aligned with who you really are.
If any of this resonates, trauma-informed coaching might be exactly what you need.
What you can gain from trauma-informed coaching
deeper self-awareness and inner connection
You’ll learn to tune into your body, emotions, and thoughts in a way that creates genuine self-understanding. This isn’t just intellectual insight—it’s embodied knowing that helps you make choices aligned with your authentic self rather than old survival patterns
emotional freedom and regulation
You’ll develop the capacity to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them, manage anxiety and distress without numbing or avoiding, and access more joy, peace, and presence in your daily life.
empowerment and confidence
You’ll build genuine confidence rooted in self-trust rather than external validation. You’ll feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges and more capable of pursuing what matters to you.
healthier, more authentic relationships
You’ll learn to recognize emotional safety in relationships, set boundaries without guilt, communicate your needs effectively, and create connections based on mutual respect rather than fear or obligation.
sustainable personal growth
This work creates lasting transformation rather than temporary fixes. You’ll develop skills and awareness that continue serving you long after our work together ends, and you’ll break cycles that may have persisted for generations.
alignment with your values and purpose
You’ll gain clarity about what truly matters to you and build the capacity to create a life that reflects your values, not just your fears or others’ expectations.
I’m here to support you at your own pace and help you reconnect with your inner strength. Sessions are collaborative, evidence-based, and always rooted in safety, choice, and respect for your unique journey.
