I know that investing in your healing and growth is a deeply personal choice. That’s why I’m committed to being open and clear about my pricing—so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.

All my prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and an additional 5% GST will be applied after each session. If you are joining from outside Canada, please keep local currency conversion in mind.

I offer one pricing structure across all my services — whether you are working with me through counselling or coaching. Sessions are 55 minutes.

Patron rate: C$120

If you have insurance coverage or would like to contribute to making trauma support more accessible, you are welcome to choose the Patron Rate. Your choice supports the variable pricing structure that aims to make trauma recovery accessible to clients across all income levels.

Income-based session pricing

Here is the pricing table showing session rates based on different income levels. This helps keep trauma recovery, growth and healing affordable and fair. If you have any questions about the pricing or which option fits you, feel free to ask. Effective March 2026, the session rates below apply to new clients. If you’re an existing client, your current rates remain unchanged.

You select the rate that honestly reflects your annual income. I reserve the right to request proof of income where necessary. This is rarely needed — and is simply about ensuring the model works fairly for everyone it is designed to serve.

If you experience a significant financial change during our work together — a job loss, an unexpected crisis — pricing is something we can discuss openly. If your current rate is no longer manageable, please reach out — I am happy to explore options. Moving to a higher rate is always your choice, never an expectation.

For existing clients

The pricing structure above applies to new clients from March 2026. Existing clients continue on the pricing model they signed up with. If your file was closed and you are returning to work on a new goal, the current pricing structure applies. If you are an existing client and your current rate is higher than the variable pricing model suggests for your income, please reach out — I am happy to adjust. Cap on price increases

Rates are reviewed periodically — increases are capped at C$5 per year for new clients. For existing clients, the cap is governed by the intake form signed at the start of our work together. Increases may be applied cumulatively — if rates have not been reviewed for several years, a single adjustment may reflect the accumulated cap for those years.

Why income-based pricing?
