White privilege coaching program
Coaching to navigate privilege healthily
In fostering thriving workplaces, prioritizing diversity and inclusion is paramount for organizational success. Regrettably, the current DEI landscape often overlooks crucial aspects such as privilege, power dynamics, and intersectionality. This oversight perpetuates disparities in psychological safety across society, disproportionately favouring those with privilege. Consequently, leaders, particularly those benefiting from white privilege or settler privilege or other forms of advantage, risk unintentionally perpetuating harm to BIPOC individuals or individuals belonging to the LGBTQ2S+ community.
Embracing anti-racist/ anti-oppressive practices is not only morally imperative but also essential for creating healthy work environments.
Our program is tailored to empower organizational leaders in dismantling systemic inequities and ensuring the provision of ethical and inclusive leadership to everyone. By engaging with this initiative, you’ll be equipped to foster environments where every individual feels valued, respected, and supported, thereby fostering organizational resilience and prosperity.
How does the program work?
Participating in the program, you will have a safe space to do your personal work to implement anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice. We will meet at least once a month.
The minimum duration of the coaching is six months. Generally, it takes individuals between 1 to 2 years to fully integrate anti-oppressive practices into their lives. Participants will receive regular feedback on their anti-racist/ anti-oppressive practice.
It consists of regular zoom calls, education, homework for self-reflection and email support. The program is trauma-informed.
What you will get out of it

You will understand how social power dynamics impact you in your role as a leader with privilege(s) in relationship with BIPOC individuals and LGBTQ2S+ individuals
Important terminology
You will learn important traits of the culture of white supremacy and how to identify them within yourself and dismantle them within your teams.
Break free from unconscious social conditioning
You will break free from white silence and white fragility
Take action
White people need to take action to contribute to anti-racist change. In this coaching program, you will move from talking about it to really doing it.
As a result, you will understand your intersectionality and how it may affect your teams.
Be comfortable with discomfort
You will learn how to have uncomfortable conversations about race, white supremacy and racism.
Flexibility
The program is tailored to your needs since every individual is at a different stage when it comes to anti-oppressive practices. Sometimes, our own unresolved trauma may prevent us from meaningfully embracing a journey towards social justice.
What our clients are saying
“Natalie is an exceptionally skilled facilitator with a profound grasp of group dynamics and the broader systems that shape our lives. They fearlessly pose difficult questions, drawing from their personal experience, and demonstrate an unwavering dedication to advancing racial justice. Throughout our work together, I felt both nurtured and challenged, held accountable to my own growth potential and yet always, always safe.”
Hannah, Somatic Coach
“I chose to work with Natalie as I experienced them as willing to meet me at my edges, courageously challenging me to explore my relationship with self and others in terms of privilege in the many systems I am a part of. Natalie’s ability to hold challenge AND compassion as a mentor, allowed me to uncover many layers and see and feel with more clarity. My year working with Natalie, continues to resource me.”
