A variable pricing scheme between CAD 75 and 95 is available depending on client's income.
Some insurances may re-imburse for my services however it depends on the policy. Please clarify with your insurance provider what their conditions are.

Variable pricing scheme
At Bright Horizon Therapies, we believe in making mental health support as accessible as possible. That's why we offer a variable pricing structure for our counselling services, allowing individuals to choose a fee that aligns with their financial capacity while ensuring quality therapeutic care. The variable pricing scheme for individual counselling depends on the yearly income of the individual.
Here is the overview:
- If the income is below CAD 30,000, the session price is CAD 70 (+5% GST)
- If the income is between CAD 30,000 and CAD 40,000, the session price is CAD 75 (+5% GST)
- If the income is between CAD 40,001 and CAD 50,000, the session price is CAD 85 (+5% GST)
- If the income is between CAD 50,001 and CAD 60,000, the session price is CAD 95 (+ 5% GST)
Coaching services

With this package, you'll make an upfront payment of 120 CAD, securing your commitment to your well-being. Following this initial investment, each subsequent session is priced at a discounted rate of CAD 75, providing you with ongoing support at a fraction of the cost. This upfront payment is non-refundable, emphasizing your dedication to your personal development and recovery journey. This package offers a total value of CAD 720, but is available to you at a discounted rate of CAD 570.
Reclaim resilience trauma recovery coaching package
Package of 10 trauma recovery coaching sessions
Choose our Reclaim Resilience package fora transformative journey towards reclaiming your strength and resilience in the face of trauma and loss. With this comprehensive package, you'll begin with an upfront payment of CAD 150, solidifying your commitment to your recovery and growth. Over the course of 10 coaching sessions, priced at CAD 75 each, you'll receive personalized guidance and support tailored to your unique needs and goals. This package offers a structured approach to trauma healing, providing you with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. While the upfront payment is non-refundable, the total cost of CAD 900 represents a significant value, saving you CAD 300 compared to the total cost of individual sessions. For all packages mentioned, prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). 5% GST will be added separately to the total amount.
