Do you want to contribute to breaking the cycle of systemic oppression that our BIPOC clients face?
Then, the monthly accountability circle is for you.

Unfortunately, anti-racist practice is not an obligation in the mental health industry. Whether you are a coach, counsellor, or therapist, many of us have never learned how we can navigate our white privilege ethically in our relationships with clients. Our unawareness can impact our BIPOC clients negatively and even be harmful. The time to change this is now. Committing to practicing anti-racism and taking care of our white privilege, is the only way how we can break the cycle of systemic violence against BIPOC people.

In this group, we can do our work without unnecessarily burdening BIPOC people and deepen our anti-racist practice.

How can you participate?

The accountability circle meets every first Monday of the month via zoom. The meeting starts at 4:30 pm PT/ 5:30 pm MT/ 7:30 pm ET and takes 75 min. Participation requires a 6-months commitment.

What will you get out of it?
